Aufatmen in Eschborn: Das Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt hat einen Antrag abgewiesen, der Arcor dazu verdonnert hätte, seine Kunden von der Suchmaschine Google auszusperren. Das sei nicht zumutbar, der Provider nicht für die Inhalte des Internets verantwortlich.
